What we collect

If you request beta access, we collect the email address you submit and any optional message you choose to include. Our hosting and form providers may also process technical information needed to deliver the website, protect it from abuse, and receive form submissions.

How we use it

We use beta request information to contact you about PingApp beta access, product updates, and relevant feedback. We do not sell, rent, or use this information for advertising profiles.

Traffic measurement

We may review simple aggregate website traffic information, such as page views and total visits, to understand whether the website is being used. We do not publish visitor counts and do not use advertising trackers for this purpose.

How long we keep it

Beta request information is kept until the beta testing purpose ends, for up to 24 months after submission, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever happens first. Technical logs are retained according to the policies of our hosting and service providers.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your beta request information. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about PingApp updates. Send requests to protoninfo20@gmail.com.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, form handling, domain services, and email delivery. They process information only as needed to provide those services and protect the website.

Changes

If we add new data collection, analytics, payments, accounts, commerce features, or other product features, we will update this notice before relying on those changes.
